This policy explains how we collect, use, store and disclose personal information when you use our website, contact us, or engage our compliance audit services in Queensland.
1. Who we are
Properoo Pty Ltd provides private residential property compliance support reports and related documentation for landlords, property managers and agencies, primarily in Queensland (including the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane and Gold Coast regions).

Depending on how you deal with us, we may collect:
- Name, email address and other contact details you provide
- Role (for example landlord, property manager or agency) and enquiry details
- Property address, suburb and information needed to schedule or deliver an audit
- Client and report details necessary to prepare compliance documentation
- Photos and notes captured during an audit (which may incidentally include images of a property interior or exterior)
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited (see our Cookies page)
We do not seek to collect sensitive information unless it is voluntarily provided and reasonably necessary for a lawful purpose connected with our services.
3. How we collect information
- Directly from you (website forms, email, phone if you initiate contact, or during service delivery)
- From your authorised agent or representative when they engage us on your behalf
- Automatically through our website and hosting providers (usage and security logs)
