By instructing Properoo Pty Ltd to undertake works or using our website, you accept that you have read and understood the following Terms and Conditions.
2. Services Provided
Properoo Pty Ltd offers property maintenance services, including general repairs, preventative maintenance, renovations, and related services for residential and commercial properties in Queensland. The scope of services will be defined in each quotation, work agreement, or service request.
3. Pricing and Payments
Quotations: All prices provided are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final charges may vary depending on the scope of work, materials required, or unforeseen issues.
Payments: Payments must be made upon receipt of an invoice unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur additional fees. If you have chosen your invoice to be paid via credit card or direct debit, the payment will be processed accordingly.
Refunds: Refunds for incomplete or unsatisfactory work will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid a cancellation fee.
Rescheduling: We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests but cannot guarantee availability.
5. Access to Properties
You must ensure that our staff or contractors have clear and safe access to the property during scheduled service times. We are not responsible for delays caused by inaccessible properties.
6. Liability and Warranty
Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Properoo Pty Ltd is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website, including damages caused by pre-existing conditions, external factors (e.g., extreme weather), or third-party contractors.
Warranty: We guarantee the quality of our work for a period of 30 days. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with proof of service. No warranty is provided for services involving third-party products or where issues arise from misuse or external factors.
Consequential Damages: We will not be liable for consequential damages.
7. Subcontracting
We engage subcontractors or third-party service providers to perform specific tasks. While we carefully vet these providers, we are not liable for damages caused by third-party contractors.
8. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, we will make every effort to resolve the issue amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to mediation or arbitration under Queensland law.
